Coaching Philosophy:
Volleyball is a great team sport that involves communication, dedication, commitment and a goal to improve with every opportunity during participation in practices, games, and tournaments. I believe that putting a particular emphasis on doing the little things/ details correctly can be the difference in volleyball matches as well as in everyday life. Along with everything mentioned above, Nicole and I strive to make the girls volleyball experience fun as well as challenging.
