Our 13s & 14s teams have at least two hours of practice, two times per week.
Our 15s & 16s teams have at least two and a half hours of practice, two times per week.
Strength & Conditioning is included in every practice for at least 20 minutes. This training is provided by Jim Inglis Fitness, and is run either by Jim Inglis or the coaches.
Practices will occur on a combination of Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays. Occasionally, practices will have to occur on Fridays as the schedule dictates.
Possible Time Slots: 6:00-8:00pm, 6:30-8:30pm, 6:30-9:00pm, or 7:00-9:00pm
We typically provide the younger age groups with early time slots and the older age groups with the later slots see the information below.
Other facilities in the metro area (during periods when schools are closed)
We have the gym space and time to provide private lessons to players before or after practices. If your player is interested in pursuing extra time and lessons, please contact your coaches to set up a time.
Practice/Training Schedule Changes
We try to make sure that practices are scheduled on a consistent basis. That said, since we are using schools to practice in, we have to schedule around other sports also using the facilities as well as school events. As a result, times and dates for scheduled practices may occasionally change last minute. Should that be the case, you will be notified of the change by your coach and/or our website.
